Barcelona reach agreement to sell young defender

Fans of Spanish Giants Barcelona have been greeted with some news concerning one of their squad members. The player in question is Sergino Dest and latest reports say the Catalan Giants have reached an agreement for the defender's permanent sale to Dutch Eredivisie side PSV Eindhoven.

Sergino Dest's permanent move to PSV Eindhoven is imminent. The 23 year old right back spent the 2023/2024 at the Dutch club on loan from Barcelona and was very vital to the team's success. PSV seem to have gained confidence in Dest's performances so far and moved for a permanent purchase of the player who is unlikely to get first team opportunities on a return to Los Blaugrana.

According to reports from respected Italian Journalist Fabrizio Romano, Barcelona have reached an agreement to sell Sergino Dest to PSV Eindhoven permanently. The defender will seal a contract until June 2028 with the Dutch club. Barcelona will receive no fixed fee but will have a sell-on clause included in the deal.

It remains to be seen what the future holds for Sergino Dest as he is set to stay at PSV Eindhoven for the foreseeable future.
