Once Those Churches Repent, They Will Stop Inviting Them —Chris Oyakhilome on Gospel Artists
Renowned Nigerian pastor and founder of Christ Embassy, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, has addressed the departure of some former choir members from his church, attributing their exit to their focus on financial gain rather than the ministry’s vision.
In a video shared on YouTube, Pastor Chris explained that the temptation of money became too strong for them to resist.
“The little money they were making was too attractive, and their hearts became overwhelmed. As a result, they didn’t want to follow me in the direction we were going,” he stated.
He further expressed hope that they would realize their mistake and return, emphasizing that he had warned them about the wrong path they were taking. According to him, the churches currently inviting them to perform would eventually stop once those congregations also embraced the right path.
