The executive Governor of Akwa Ibom state and chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, Pastor Umo Eno has reacted after he initiated a facelift for the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly Complex.

Governor Umo Eno stated on his verified Twitter page; ''In furtherance of our administration's asset management and public safety drive, I have initiated a facelift for the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly Complex. During my recent tour of the complex, I saw firsthand the disrepair and the urgent need for an upgrade."
He added; "Our Asset and Infrastructure Management Agency will work closely with the Assembly to address these issues and meet all safety concerns. I commend the Assembly's leadership and members for their collaborative relationship with the Executive arm, aiding our development efforts."
He stated further; "We are also proposing a statewide ambulance service to support our health sector initiatives, including remodeling primary healthcare facilities and recruiting 400 healthcare workers, plus 100 safety and health emergency personnel."

He noted; "Thank you to the Speaker, Rt Hon. Udeme Otong, and all Legislators for your collaboration. Together, we will continue delivering the dividends of democracy through the ARISE Agenda."
