Manchester United are on the verge of completing their overhaul rebuild in their managerial department by adding new blood.
United tied down manager Erik Ten Hag to a new contract that will keep him at the club until 2026. However Benny McCarthy who has been among the coaching staff was released.
Reports now indicate that former striker and Netherlands international, Ruud van Nistelrooy is set to join the club's coaching staff.
Caught Offside's Fabrizio Romano has resported that the former striker has arrived in Manchester ahead of his unveiling later today.
"Ruud van Nistelrooy, already in Manchester to be unveiled as new Man United assistant coach. Exclusive story, set to be confirmed." Fabrizio reported.
It is also alleged that Van Nistelrooy has already signed a two year contract to join his fellow Netherlands international, Ten Hag and Rene Hake.
"Two year contract already signed, van Nistelrooy and Rene Hake will be both part of Erik ten Hag's new staff." Fabrizio added.
