Kimilili constituency member of national assembly hon Didmus Barasa today attended the burial of Willy Sitati, a Kenyan Gen Z who was shot dead by the police during the parliament invasion by the anti finance bill 2024 protesters.

Barasa in his tribute to the young soul has opined that his his passion and dedication in the fight for justice and democratic rights will never be forgotten in the country and Kenyans will live to remember him forever as a hero.

"Today, we laid to rest Willy Sitati, a young member of generation Z whose life was tragically cut short during the recent invasion of the parliament.Willy's untimely death serves as a poignant reminder of the high stakes in the fight for justice and change.His passion and dedication to the cause will not be forgotten, and his memory will inspire us to continue striving for a better future.Rest in peace Willy",Barasa says in his tribute to the young man.

Sitati is one of the young Kenyans who lost their lives through gunshots during the protests against the anti finance bill 2024.He was laid to rest today at their home in Western region.
