This announcement was posted on the official X handle of Hussein Mohamed, the statehouse spokesperson on Thursday.
This is coming as the citizens continue to protest despite the suspension of the 2024 finance bill that was earlier introduced.
However, the president has now shown his readiness to engage in an interactive session with the citizens.
In the post that Hussein Mohamed shared on his official page, President William Ruto will be speaking to the people on an X space. The interactive session will be held on Friday, July 5, 2024.
