According To The The Sun News, The organization's President General, CP Iorbee High (rtd.), informed our correspondent in Makurdi that the ministry's establishment was intended to assist the Fulani people, enabling them to get acceptance wherever they go with their cows. Lorbee High said, "We are the food baskets of the nation but we are not farming because these Fulani with their AK-47 are killing our people and then the president is creating a ministry for them why,"
Chief Abia Onyike, the group's national secretary, stated that as livestock is only a division of the Department/Ministry of Agriculture, it is not deserving of being its own ministry.
