There have been several responses from social media users follow image of the suspected murder of Hon Azuka displaying tattoo that says “No Peace for the Government ”.
The image was shared on Friday through the official X account of Sahara Reporters, following the discovery of the lawmaker’s decomposing body at the 2nd Niger Bridge.
Justice Azuka was reportedly abducted on December 24, 2024, in Onitsha, and his remains were recently found. Authorities have since arrested nine individuals linked to the case.
The Anambra State Commissioner of Police confirmed that one of the suspects sustained a gunshot wound to his leg during an exchange of gunfire with law enforcement officers.
Speaking on the incident, the Commissioner stated:
"One of the suspects sustained a gunshot injury in his leg during a gun duel with the Police operatives."
