Lionel Messi
This legendary footballer is Lionel Messi. The Argentine forward registered his first assist of the month for Inter Miami on May 4. The captain did so 3 minutes into the second half during the encounter with New York Red Bulls. He made a pass to substitute Matías Rojas who dribbled one player before slotting the ball into the net. The reigning Argentine legend was the provider again in the 62nd minute when he set the same guy up for another goal.
Six minutes later, Luis Suárez was the beneficiary of Messi's third assist in the match. The Uruguayan forward connected with a cross from the Argentina international to score a volley. Messi provided two more assists for the 37-year-old striker. These enabled the Uruguay international to get a hat trick in the game.
It should be noted that diminutive Argentine also scored once in the game as his side secured a 6-2 win over the New York outfit.
