Lawyer and human rights activist, Dele Farotimi has reacted after an X user mentioned the names of two former Lagos state governors, Babatunde Raji Fashola and Akinwunmi Ambode as two rulers who truly served the people.
The X user mentioned the names of the two former governors after Dele Farotimi asked him to name one Nigerian ruler who has truly served the people.
The X user wrote on his page;
"I'm inclined to mention Fashola and Ambode".
Reacting to the statement, Dele Farotimi said he will pretend not to have seen the names of the people that he mentioned.
Here is what Dele Farotimi wrote on his official X handle;
"I shall pretend not to see what you have written. The same Inspector Fashola of the Lekki Tollgate? And we are still talking about the Ambode who brought the space age waste management company to Lagos and got Buhari to commission bus stops?".
