Crisis hits Zamfara APC as Marafa announces parallel faction

A crisis has erupted in the Zamfara State All Progressives Congress (APC) as Senator Kabiru Marafa and his supporters have formed a parallel faction. This move follows their exclusion from party affairs. Marafa, addressing his followers in Kaduna, explained that the decision was driven by long-standing internal conflicts and a lack of recognition for his group's contributions. He noted that the APC's internal disputes have previously caused significant electoral losses in the state. Marafa emphasized the need for grassroots mobilization to strengthen their faction within the APC.
