Chelsea's talented goalkeeper Djordje Petrovic has spoken to the media in his recent interview about why it will be a success if Chelsea plays in the Europa League next year.
Petrovic kept a clean sheet in the recent 2-0 win over Tottenham Hotspur at Stamford Bridge and he will be looking forward to keep another clean sheet against West Ham United tomorrow.
He broke into Chelsea's lineup following Robert Sanchez's injury last year and he has since then cemented his place in the team. Pochettino loves Petrovic because he sees quality in him but Chelsea's defence hasn't been good enough this season which is why Petrovic has conceded lots of goals.
However, as gathered from Vince™ on X, Petrovic talked about why playing in the Europa League next season will be a success for Chelsea when he said: "We want to play in the Champions League, we want to take trophies. That is in the history of this club. But I can say that it’s a success if we play Europa League next year."
