The Head of State, Dr William Ruto is expected to make changes to his Cabinet anytime soon following public outcry over lack of incompetency and required skills and experience of most of his cabinet secretaries especially from the Generation Z youths who took their demands to President Ruto during an engagement at X app.
With many people and political analyst making observations on President Ruto's choice of allies, ODM affiliated blogger, Pauline Njoroge's view has become one of the most agreeable only with Kenyans supporting her advise to the first in command.
Taking to her X platform, Pauline argued that President William Ruto was quick on selecting cabinet secretaries with the advice from his close people without close scrutiny of individual qualifications thereby ending up selecting incompetent individual because they showed loyalty during his campaign.
According to Pauline, President Ruto should consider the individual qualifications, skills and ability to perform before appointing them to the Head of ministries if he makes changes as demanded by Gen zs.
