According to Punch News, "Governor Sim Fubara has drawn a line in the sand, indicating that he will no longer tolerate Wike's interference in his administration.

In reaction to the latest development in the Rivers State political saga, Ikechukwu Nnaji has commended Governor Sim Fubara for standing up to Governor Nyesom Wike's alleged bullying and attempts to control the political narrative.

"Wike needs to be reminded that he is not a godfather who can dictate the fate of others," Nnaji said. "His consistent interference in other people's political careers and attempts to impose his will on the people of Rivers State is unacceptable." Nnaji praised Fubara for showing courage and leadership in putting Wike in his place.

"Rivers people will no longer tolerate Wike's godfatherism and attempts to manipulate the political process for his own gain."
