Celebrated media personality Tom Jappani, took to his official Facebook page and shared a photo of a birthday cake that he was presented with, as he is looking forward to celebrating his birthday on 3rd, July that is on Wednesday. On the said cake, it has been written "Ruto Must Go". He captioned the said post saying, " It's my birthday on Wednesday 3rd July. And I couldn't receive a better birthday cake!".
His caption and whatever has been written on the cake, made a faction of his followers to react whereby, each has given his/her comment depending on how he/she understood him. Japanni will be celebrating his birthday when Kenyan youths have vowed to protest against the government which is under the stewardship of president William Ruto. And the message that has been written on the said cake, is being pushed by the youths.
A faction of netizens have concluded that, he's in support with what Gen Z are pushing for. His caption says it all, he finishes the above mentioned caption, by placing a hashtag that says reject finance bill.
Tom Japanni is a veteran Journalist in Kenya, he has worked with several media houses in Kenya and even internationally. He recently resigned from standard media group where he was serving as head of all radio stations found in the said company. He's the husband to Massawe Japanni, a radio host at Radio Jambo.
