Narc party leader and one of the principals in Azimio La Umoja -One Kenya Alliance Martha Karua has now spoken on the resignation of the head of state President William Ruto and his entire government as youths head to Uhuru Gardens for the memorial service of youths killed during the demos that lasted for two weeks across the country.
Martha Karua argues that Ruto must go must be construed to mean that Kenyans have directly recalled the head of state and his entire government, powers conferred to the people in article 1 of the 2010 constitution.
"Ruto Must Go must be understood to mean a direct recall by Kenyans of the entire Ruto administration -entire government and compliment . Direct exercise of sovereignty under article one Saba Saba" Karua said
It should be noted that the youths are currently heading to Uhuru Gardens where they are expected to hold a vigil for the departed youths , an event that is set to be graced by artists among other several entertainers .
Police have also been deployed in the CBD as the government anticipates demos in the capital.
