President Bola Tinubu has offered his condolences to the Minister of State for Police Affairs, Imaan Sulaiman-Ibrahim, following the passing of her mother, Aisha Sulaiman-Danladi.

In a statement released on Thursday by presidential spokesperson, Ajuri Ngelale, Tinubu shared his sorrow for the Sulaiman-Danladi family, emphasizing the profound impact of losing a cherished family member, particularly a mother, is devastating.

The statement further noted, “The president calls on the minister to draw strength from the legacies of her mother and to honor her by living out her life of dedication and compassion to others.

“Tinubu also extends his prayers for the deceased and offers his support to her family during this difficult time.

Additionally, former President Muhammadu Buhari has also expressed his sorrow for the passing of Hajiya Sulaiman-Ibrahim, who is also the mother-in-law to Senator Sani Musa.

In a statement issued by his media aide, Garba Shehu, the former President consoled the minister, highlighting her work as a former Director General of the National Agency for the Prohibition of Trafficking in Persons and Federal Commissioner for Refugees and Internally Displaced Persons.

The statement continued, “Buhari commends the late Hajiya Aisha for her kind demeanor, dedication to family values, integrity in her public role, and her contributions to society, noting that her influence is seen in the character and work of her descendants. He wished for her soul to rest in peace and for her Aljannah.

“The former president encouraged the children she has left behind to continue living with the grace and dignity that their mother exemplified.
