92-year old man who by the name Kathamba Muruathika alias Ndume, is in big trouble due to his own tongue after confessing that he facilitated the assassination of former COTU Secretary General, and famous politician Thomas Joseph Mboya who was assassinated in a broad daylight in Kenya's capital Nairobi city in 1969.
According to a report by Tuko News today morning, Ndume is in big trouble over his confession during an interview with the local dailies, that he facilitated Mboya's death by purchasing the pistol that shot him.
The Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) officers have vowed to take action against Ndume. The police unit has said that it is going to start an investigation against him into order to get detailed information, about how, why and who was helped him to plan Mboya's death.
