Gen Z activists in Kenya have announced a meticulously planned 14-day strategy aimed at sustaining their ongoing protests. According to a widely circulated poster on social media, the activists have structured their protest agenda into two main focuses each week. On Tuesdays, they plan to occupy key locations such as the offices of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), Members of Parliament's offices, and various streets. Their objective is to advocate for urgent reforms within the IEBC, emphasizing the need for an independent and transparent electoral process.


Thursdays are designated as days to intensify their calls for President William Ruto to resign from office. The protesters intend to stage sit-ins and block major roads as part of their strategy to increase pressure on the government.


Despite facing numerous distractions and scandals intended to undermine their efforts, the activists remain steadfast in their commitment to their cause. They have expressed resilience against what they perceive as attempts to divide and weaken their movement, vowing not to be swayed from their goals.


Moreover, the youth activists have issued a direct appeal to Members of Parliament, urging them to heed the voices of the Kenyan people. They have hinted at potential resignations within the government, signaling a growing dissatisfaction with the current political landscape.
