Muranga Women Rep Betty Maina has caused jitters after vowing to spill beans about someone who she claimed is out to fight her husband after they refused to execute a dirty assignment on his behalf.
Taking to her social media platform, the women representative vowed to expose the truth tomorrow.
"Tomorrow I will say the truth to the world with the Mic. You cannot continue tormenting us because you gave us a dirty assignment and we refused. We are not Evil. We fear God. Human life is sacred." Hon Betty Maina's message reads.
The message by Hon Betty Maina follows a fake message purportedly shared by her on social media.
The women rep flagged the post as fake and claimed that her husband was being fought by someone after they refused to execute a dirty assignment. She defended her husband Eric Wamumbi who is MP for Mathira saying someone was trying to fight him using her.
"To be honest, I will stand with my husband, defend my family and protect my family. If their wives can join their tormentors, I will not join his tormentors." Reads Betty Maina's message.
The women Rep hinted that a powerful person approached and requested them to do a dirty assignment. However they allegedly refused and are now being fought and tormented.
"Political positions are good but family is greater. As for me my family we will not worship any other god. Truth be told, We refused to execute a dirty assignment on behalf of someone. We are Christians, we are not evil." Reads Betty Maina's message.
