CIT Suspect Seriously Injured During Robbery In Tembisa

Cash In Transit heists is one of the most common crimes in South Africa and the security authorities do not seem to have any plan to curb these crimes which happens literally every day, criminals come heavily armed and ready to shoot whoever tries to stop between them and the millions they have targeted, they also bring along the explosives which they use to bomb open the cash vans after they crash a vehicle into the van to stop it, but things got a bit out of plan when one of the suspects reportedly got seriously injured during crash.

Reports emergimg suggests that one of the criminals who attacked the cash van at Liliba section in Tembisa found himself badly injured, this happened after they crushed into a van and tyhen went on to crash into several houses next to the road, the wall reportedly collapsed and the windows were shattered due to the force of the crash.


"A cash-in-transit heist in Tembisa’s Liliba section left one suspect seriously injured and several houses damaged on Wednesday morning. A gang of armed men crashed a BMW into a cash-in-transit vehicle. It remains unclear if the gang escaped with any money. The force of the crash caused major damage to nearby houses, with one wall collapsing and several windows shattering," reports suggests.

After the heist, the Ekurhuleni Metro Police Department worked tirelessly in search of the suspects, they managed to recovered getaway vehicles as well as a pistol and live ammunitions, following a cash heist in Tembisa this morning,lthis incident happened between Sam Molele drive and Liliba section and it has been confirmed that one robber was arrested after sustaining injuries.


Where possible, Police should show no mercy to these criminals, they should shoot to kill since they also don't think twice before killing people.
