Davji Atellah has broken silence over the reports that they cancelled the occupy Ministry of Health offices protests set for July 8, 2024. The Secretary General for Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentist Union said that the communication made through their X platform about the suspension of the protests was not from them but was because their X account was hacked.
Atellah spoke shortly after the tweet was shared before getting deleted shortly after reaching multiple number of Kenyans who did not receive the information positively. Having broken his silence it means that protests would still go on as planned.
"Reports circulating to the effect that #OccupyMoH has been suspended is false. The union handle has been compromised and we are trying our best to gain control of it and clean it," the KMPDU boss stated.
Kenyans agreed to come out and fight for medical practitioners who have not been posted ever since the past two years that they graduated from their various learning institutions.
