Accoridng to news hitting the airwaves this evening, former permanent secretary and tycoon Josiah sang is dead.
The news of his untimely demise has been broken by Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen through his social media handles.
Murkomen expressed his shock and deepest condolence to his entire family wishing them comfort more so during these trying times.
