Sadness and grief engulfed residents of Mamboleo in Kisumu after a lorry lost control and veered off the road ramming onto pedestrians.
According to Inooro Fm Facebook page, the accident happened near Coptic roundabout in Mamboleo along Kisumu Kakamega highway, a lorry that was ferrying tonnes of maize meal lost control and rammed on pedestrians who were by the roadside. One person died and three others were injured. From the video shared, the lorry was severely damaged and packets of maize flour were scattered all over.
Kenyans in the comment section shared their thoughts and opinions about the incidence, majority sent their condolences messages for the lost life while others thought other people benefit from the flour that was lying available.
