A small drama has been witnessed at Nairobi after police officers who were provoked arrested comedian Eric Omondi who was outside Parliament Buildings protesting.
According to the report, Omondi who was on a horse told the security officers that the members of Parliament who passed the Finance Bill were fewer than the millions of Kenyans who are opposing it.
He went ahead to call the police officers to kill him as he alleged that they are the one who killed his brother who died just few days ago. "Kama ndugu yangu aliuliwa, kuja muniu," Omondi said as he was arrested shortly.
This comes just few days as Kenyans are still mourning the passing on of his brother Fred Omondi who was loved dearly by Kenyans because of his comic comedy.
Kenyans especially the youth have taken it to the streets lamenting over the passing of the finance bill which they believe will overburden then.
