A section of Kenyans have reacted after the Directorate of Criminal Investigations published a photo of a man spotted in Parliament with Majority Whip Sylvanus. The photo displayed the man among a group involved in the anti-finance bill demonstrations, later spotted with Majority Whip Sylvanus Osoro in Parliament.
The DCI recently released images of individuals wanted for various crimes committed during the protests against the finance bill 2024.

The video shows the man, identified as Vincent Basweti, a Reverend of Samita Mission PAG, speaking into the microphone. In the background, someone, presumed to be Majority Whip Sylvanus Osoro, is heard encouraging him to speak.
