Cops Caught Unaware as Gen-Z Protestors Start Anti Ruto Chants In CBD at Night

Yesterday, young Kenyans who have openly blasted the William Ruto led government went to Uhuru park where they held a memorial service for all souls that were lost during the just concluded weekly protests.

Kenyans on Sunday afternoon mounted crosses at Uhuru Park to commemorate the loss of lives witnessed during the Anti-Finance Bill protests.

In the sombre event, Kenyans mounted more than 30 crosses with the names and the ages of protestors who died jotted down.

Youths mounted the crosses at a strategic distance away from the memorial concert while mourning the fallen colleagues.

Well after the event at Uhuru park Gen-Z Protestors took to the streets of Nairobi bringing business to a stand still.

During the melee they caught cops unaware as they went on chanting Ruto must Go around town.

The young men also sang the nation anthem as they held their national flags up high.

Nairobi police boss was forced to intervene and speak to the youths as they danced along Moi Avenue.

They interestingly listened to him and went back home with not much drama witnessed in the city.

Previously, there were chaos in the city with some alleging that Gen-Z Protests had been infuriated by some rogue goons with the aim of causing chaos.
