Through the program, they are equipped with technical skills such as plumbing, electrical work, masonry, welding, private security, and hospitality, among other courses.
This training aims to prepare them for self-employment opportunities and job placements, as has been done for many of them."As a mother, I am happy to be associated with them; each one of them matters to me," Pastor Dorcas added.

This comes days after She launched a football tournament targeting reforming and reformed addicts from alcoholism, drugs and substance abuse.Pastor Dorcas launched the tournament at the Mutuini Grounds in Dagoreti South Nairobi.
The teams have been formed from some of the men who have undergone rehabilitation under Pastor Dorcas’ boy-child program in various parts of the country.
A 3-month recovery programme was completed by another batch of men who were not significantly impacted by drugs and substances, while the remaining men did a 1-month programme at the ASK Jamhuri Showground in Nairobi.
