England club, Manchester United has reached full agreement with Newcastle United to sign Dan Ashworth as the new sporting director at Old Trafford. All documents set to be signed soon after verbal agreement. The move was delayed by both clubs due to struggling to compromise compensatory packages for Ashworth.
His responsibilities will be overrall football performance, all recruitments and operations at Manchester United. Technical Director, Jason Wilcox will report to him while he will report to Sir Dave.
On the other side, Manchester United are advancing on Bayern Munich defender, Matthijs Deligt who has given greenlights of joining the PL side. Proposal for the 23 years old centre back already set to the German side with negotiations reportedly on the final stages.
United are also interested in Netherland and PSG midfielder, Manuel Ugarte. The Red Devils are prepared to submit their official bid for the Dutch defensive midfielder. Ugarte is willing to join United despite the Ten Hag men missing out in UCL next season.
