Arsenal fans are fuming with anger wherever they are right now because it is the Gunners that failed to land even a single striker when the Board knows very well that all that Arsenal needs in order to challenge for the Premier League title and the Champions League title is a lethal striker who can convert all chances into goals.

The Arsenal fans told the Board that they are very disappointed because Mikel Areta said out rightly that he needs a striker who can complement the team and help him to achieve what he has been working on by telling the fans to trust the process.

Ollie Watkins was an ideal player who could have been signed and Unai Emery had already planned ahead after selling Jhon Duran, he went and took Marcus Rashford from Manchester United on a loan deal.

This means that, if Arsenal could have given Aston Villa a reasonable price for Ollie Watkins, then they could have signed him. Mikel Arteta has been an admirer of Ollie Watkins and he had also tried to sign him some time back.

The Primary target of Arsenal though was Newcastle United’s Alexander Isak but the Magpies stated clearly that he is not for sale this January. Mikel Arteta will try his luck again maybe in the summer.

The Arsenal fans can still not believe that a whole big club like Arsenal could not buy a striker and will continue to rely on Kai Havertz who misses a lot of chances but only ends up to put a few goals in the net.

They wanted a natural striker who can just tap goals because there are very many creative players in Arsenal who create very good chances but only few of those chances get converted into goals because of lack of a clinical finisher.
