Apostle Gabriel Akinadewo, leader of Moitaliatu Church of God and Chairman of its Board of Trustees, strongly criticized President Bola Tinubu's administration for its handling of insecurity and inflation issues during the 60th anniversary celebration of the church in Ondo town, Ondo state.

According to a report by Vanguard, He urged the federal government to take effective measures to address the rising insecurity across the country.

Akinadewo also directed advice towards the judiciary, urging judges to expedite cases involving insecurity and the deliberate destruction of property, emphasizing the need for swift justice to deter potential offenders.

He lamented the prolonged duration of cases related to activities such as herdsmen's destruction of farmlands, banditry, and terrorism, some of which have stagnated for over five years without resolution, leading to their neglect over time.

He said, “This is not right for the psyche of an average Nigerian . Once you arrest a terrorist or bandit, the trial should not be more ,two ,three months".
