Take your prayer life seriously ,Start doing what you love ,Read books , learn something new it will help you brush off unnecessary thinking and get some peace


4: Don't go stalking your ex


Stop checking what they are doing or what they are up to each day . Don't chat him let him be you will definitely be fine and don't hate yourself accept and let him go.


5: Accept it as one of the things life has to offer

In as much as we love and want some people in our lives one thing you wouldn't do is force anyone let them go accept your fate and move on , you will find someone else better
