"Many Have Tried to Destroy the Bible, But It's Still Here" – Pastor Benny Hinn
Renowned Israeli televangelist, Pastor Benny Hinn, has reaffirmed the enduring power and authenticity of the Bible, emphasizing its indestructibility despite centuries of opposition.
In a recent YouTube video, Hinn reflected on his personal journey with the Scriptures, highlighting how immersing himself in the Bible transformed his spiritual life.
“About 10–12 years ago, I began reading the Bible three times a year,” Hinn said. “It changed my life. Even though I knew it, I didn’t truly know it like I do today—the details, the depths.”
Hinn addressed the growing skepticism surrounding the Bible’s divine inspiration, noting the widespread questioning of its narratives. “The denial of the Bible as the inspired Word of God has become so widespread,” he remarked. “People question if events really happened, but I stand firm—it did happen. The Bible is clear, and it has been proven.”
Describing the Bible as “the indestructible book” and “the supernatural book,” Hinn highlighted its resilience through history. “Many have tried to destroy the Bible, but it’s still with us—it’s still here,” he stated. He further pointed out that the same Scriptures read by Jesus Christ and the early church remain intact, word for word, today.
One of the strongest evidences of the Bible’s divine origin, Hinn argued, is fulfilled prophecy. “Fulfilled prophecy is the clearest and most conclusive evidence that the Bible is the revelation of God Almighty. Hundreds of Bible prophecies have already become history,” he explained, emphasizing the prophetic nature of Scripture as a testament to its authenticity.
He then issued a call to believers to deepen their understanding of the Bible and remain steadfast in their faith, even in the face of doubt and denial.
