Dr. Daniel Olukoya, the General Overseer of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM), recently discussed factors that affect people's dream experiences in a YouTube video. He pointed out the spiritual consequences of both past and present relationships, particularly those involving sexual ties.
Dr. Olukoya noted that sexual interactions with individuals linked to occult practices or the marine world can greatly influence one’s spiritual and dreaming state. He explained, "When you engage in sexual relations with someone, you become one. If you are intimate with a witch or wizard, you become one of them." This bond, according to him, leads to spiritual contamination and can result in recurring negative dreams.
He also mentioned that other elements, such as previous involvement with the occult, can impact dreams. Membership in secret societies or dark spiritual organizations can leave enduring spiritual imprints, often resulting in unsettling dreams.
Additionally, he stressed the influence of parental spirituality, indicating that individuals whose parents engaged in demon or ancestor worship might experience persistent spiritual effects. These ancestral rituals, if left unattended through deliverance prayers, can lead to negative dream experiences.
Dr. Olukoya further explained how physical illnesses can disrupt one’s spiritual state, potentially giving rise to alarming or bizarre dreams.
He encouraged believers to evaluate their spiritual foundations, seek deliverance, and refrain from associating with people or practices that could jeopardize their spiritual health. He emphasized the importance of maintaining spiritual well-being to ensure a tranquil and pure dream life.
